His response time was very timely, which was greatly appreciated since the majority of these documents have time limitations throughout this process; if we had a question, he was there to answer it quickly. In addition, Jason gave us advice on the type of home to buy as well as what was realistically in our budget. We thought this was the best part of working with Jason. He wasn't just trying to earn our business- he makes us feel that he cares about our well-being and wants us to live our dream in our dream home without making a bad investment into a property.
